- Your lessons and run history stay on your phone. There is no EchoFlow account.
- The app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking libraries.
- EchoFlow never acts on payment, OTP, password or login screens, and it never records what you type there.
- Optional AI help is off unless you turn it on, and it only sends what's described below.
What the EchoFlow app does on your phone
EchoFlow uses Android's accessibility service to see the structure of the screen (buttons, labels, text fields) so it can learn the steps you show it and replay them later. It uses the microphone only while it's listening for a command, and passes your speech to your phone's built-in Android speech recognition service to turn it into text.
What it keeps, all inside the app's private storage on your phone:
- Lessons: the command you taught, the steps (which element was tapped, what was typed into a search box) and the values that can change, such as the item or quantity.
- Run reports: whether each run succeeded and where it stopped, so it can answer “did the last run succeed?”.
- Settings you choose in the app.
EchoFlow does not keep recordings of your voice. Text typed into password and OTP fields is never recorded.
Safety boundaries
On payment, OTP, password and login screens, EchoFlow stops and hands control back to you (“Your turn.”). It never taps “Pay” or “Place order” for you.
Optional AI help
EchoFlow works fully without AI help. If you turn AI help on, for example by adding your own Google Gemini API key in the app's Advanced settings, EchoFlow can send the following to that AI provider:
- your spoken command (as text) and the names of your saved lessons, to understand loosely worded requests;
- only when a replay is stuck: the task, the step it's stuck on, and a list of the on-screen labels with typed text removed and long numbers and email addresses masked. This is never sent from payment, OTP, password or login screens.
The AI's answer is only a suggestion. EchoFlow checks it and its own safety rules decide what happens. If we add a shared, built-in AI service, we'll name the provider on this page before it's switched on.
This website
tryechoflow.app is hosted on Cloudflare. It uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers, and its fonts are served from this site. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
If you email us, for example to request early access, we use your email only to reply and to send you beta access. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.
Who EchoFlow is for
EchoFlow is intended for people aged 18 and over.
Deleting your data
Everything EchoFlow stores is on your phone. Clear the app's storage or uninstall it to delete it all. To have us delete your emails with us, write to hello@tryechoflow.app.
